St. Demetrios Philoptochos Society

Love and Service to Church and Community

The Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society is an organization unique to the Greek Orthodox Church.  It is the largest women’s organization in the United States and the second largest philanthropic organization in the world.  Each Greek Orthodox Church has a Philoptochos chapter that contributes to charities and responds to disasters on local, national and even international levels.  For over 35 years our St. Demetrios Philoptochos has been able to assist the poor, victims of disease and disasters, and other charitable organizations because of the women who support us by becoming members.  We meet monthly on the first Tuesday of the month with coffee fellowship at 6:30pm and  meeting at 7:00pm.   Please contact us for additional information.

Our Faith

The Sacraments
